What is Paddle?

Paddle is our UK based commerce partner, taking care of M360's payments, billing and invoices. If you bought a licence, you will be charged and invoiced by Paddle.

Paddle is also handling all local taxes (VAT, GST, Service Tax and the likes) including collecting, accounting for and paying it to the Tax Authorities. During purchase you will be asked to select your country and tax will be added to the final payment accordingly.

If you need a VAT-exempt invoice, follow these instructions:

1. Provide the email address where you would like to receive the invoice.

2. Select the country from which you are using M360.

3. Click the “Change” link that appears below the Paddle box.

4. Among the details displayed on the left side of the card, the VAT value is also included. Click on “+Add VAT,” which will open a new Paddle page.

5. On the interface that appears here, enter the VAT number and company details for which the invoice should be issued.

6. Finally, click the “Subscribe now” button and complete the payment.
