Characteristics of our licences

The new licence system consists of 1 free licence and 3 paid licences, with additional Enterprise solutions for large-scale clients.

  • Enterprise Solution: This is designed for large-scale customers requiring high-volume usage or custom features. Users who exceed the functions of any paid licence category, even with add-ons, are offered a custom proposal.
  • Pilot (Free) Licence: Functions of this licence cannot be expanded in any way.
  • Paid Licences: Annual subscriptions offer a 20% discount compared to monthly subscriptions. The Starter, Professional, and Business licences can be enhanced in two ways:

1.) Expanding Monthly Renewable Tokens:

At the time of purchase, users can increase the quantity of renewable monthly token limits (e.g., unique devices tokens for diagnostic and data wipe, IMEI Blacklist Check, SIM Lock Check and added workstations). This option is displayed during the licence selection process, allowing users to adjust the token levels using sliders.

  • The values set using the sliders determine the number of monthly renewable tokens.
  • Users with active subscriptions can also expand their tokens via the Online Dashboard. Navigate to “Subscription Details,” click “Details,” and then choose “Modify Subscription.” Adjust the token and workstation quantities and Add to Cart.
  • Changes made mid-month are charged at the full monthly rate, with the new token quantities taking effect from the next month.

2.) One-time Topups:

If monthly tokens are insufficient, users can purchase one-time Topups via the Online Dashboard. Navigate to “Subscription Details,” click “Details,” and choose “Buy Topups.” Adjust the desired token quantities using sliders.

  • Topup tokens do not expire and remain available as long as the subscription is active.
  • If a paid subscription expires and is not renewed within 5 days, then the subscription will turn into Pilot (free) Licence and unused Topup tokens are forfeited and cannot be restored or refunded.

Notifications and Data Retention

Users are notified via system messages and email before their subscription expires, on the expiry date, and 5 days afterward. Work History and unused Topup tokens are retained for 5 days after expiry.
If no renewal occurs within this time, the data and tokens are permanently deleted.
