Switching licences (discontinued)

Users can transition from our older licence structures to the new ones via the Online Dashboard. Navigate to “Subscription Details,” click “Details,” and choose “Switch to a New Licence.” The current subscription will be displayed, and users can select from the new options.

• Switching involves canceling the current subscription. The unused portion of the subscription cost is credited proportionally based on usage:
  • If less than 15 days have passed since purchase, 50% of the cost is credited.
  • If more than 15 days have passed, the unused value is credited proportionally.
  • Credits can only be used for future purchases and are non-refundable.
