Information about new licences and pricing for M360

Users with active subscriptions can continue using the software with all functionalities until their subscription expires. Once expired, users are automatically assigned the Pilot (free) licence unless they select a new paid licence.

The Pilot licence includes testing, certified erasure, and inspection for up to 4 devices per month. The features of the free licence cannot be expanded. If the available tokens are insufficient, users must select one of the paid licence options.

Users exceeding the functions of the Business licence fall into the Enterprise category and are encouraged to contact us for assistance.

A user may have only one subscription, which includes a chosen licence product and its associated features (collectively referred to as a licence package).

Each of the new licences include unique device tokens. These tokens specify the number of unique devices that can be connected per month under the purchased licence. Diagnostic tests and certified data erasures can then be performed on these connected devices without limits for the specified month. The monthly unique device token allocation starts on the purchase date and renews the same day each month for annual and monthly subscriptions.
