Sticky Data
Last updated on Aug 1, 20242 mins readSticky data are inputs for customized data that is kept for a device. Once saved, this data will be available again whenever you connect the same device. All of this data can be added to Labels, and the Custom ID/SKU always shows up on Reports. These are the available inputs:
- Custom ID/SKU: Type in any custom name or identifier you wish to use to keep track of the device. Warning: This is the same data field used by the Batch Manager for Custom IDs, it will overwrite any data you had here.
- Overall Rating: Here you can find some default options to give an overall evaluation for the device. You can remove these and create customs ones at /dashboard/overall-ratings
- Phone Status: Here you can find some default options to set the current status of the device. You can remove these and create customs ones at /dashboard/phone-statuses
- Client: By typing in this field, you can search for and select a client you have saved in your Client Manager. If the data you input is not an existing client, it will not be saved.
- Custom Notes: This is your space to write any other miscellaneous notes.
