Diagnostics

Diagnostic tests analyze the various components of a device to test their functionality. M360 uses a mobile app that can be installed from any appstore or the M360 computer application to run diagnostics. After this, results are exportable in various formats as detailed in the Exporting article.

Diagnostics can either be run from a preset template, or one made on the fly using the grid selector. Templates are created and edited on your Dashboard, allowing you to customize them. After diagnostics are performed, you can always go back and do further tests before finishing it. The grid selector effectively creates a temporary template in the order you select tests in, running them in that order. Automated/background tests may run out of order, completing themselves while you are manually handling other tests.

Once you have selected your chosen tests, pressing start will initiate diagnostics on the mobile device. From there, follow the tests and instructions on each device. Exact documentation for each diagnostic test is available here.
