The Basics

Introduction

M360 is a phone diagnostics and certification software. It works through a combination of a computer app available for Windows and Mac, as well as a mobile app which is available for free on app stores. The computer app also installs the mobile app, as it is needed for various processes.

M360 is compatible with mobile phones and tablets, running Android 5.0+ or iOS 12.0+. All features are available for both platforms, but some things may differ in functionality due to the differences in operating systems. We also have very limited support for Apple Watches, but plan to expand our device repertoire in the future.

Installation

To begin, head over to your Online Dashboard and get the latest version. M360 will always warn you when a new version comes out, and we always recommend downloading it as soon as possible.

Next, run the installer, and go through the setup wizard:

1. Read and accept the terms and conditions
2. We recommend choosing a Full Install for a simple and automatic process, but you can choose Custom install to control specific settings such as the installation directory, or which drivers are installed. You must have the Apple iPhone Driver if you intend to connect iOS devices.
3. Windows will prompt you to allow the installer to make changes, press “Yes”
4. If any drivers were installed, restart your computer!

When you open the program for the first time, you will be prompted to choose your preferred workflow of Single View or Multiple View. This simply chooses your initial UI type, and it can be changed anytime with the button in the bottom right of the screen.
