Understanding Prorated Subscription Renewals

We’ve introduced prorated subscription renewals to give you more flexibility when managing your M360 subscription.

With this feature, you can extend your current annual plan at any time, even during a discount or promotional period, as long as select the same or higher level plan.

How it Works

  1. Go to our Pricing Page, or open it directly from your Dashboard’s Subscription Details section with the Switch to a New Licence button

  2. Choose the plan you want to renew or upgrade to

  3. In the checkout window, the system will automatically calculate the prorated amount based on your existing subscription period

  4. Complete the payment securely

  5. Your annual subscription will be extended from the purchase date based on your new configuration

This means you can always take advantage of special offers or upgrades without losing the remaining time from your current plan.
