When do my tokens (diagnostics, wipe, IMEI Blacklist checks) refresh?

Tokens for your base licence (Professional or Business) refresh in monthly periods from the date of purchase. If you purchased upgrades at the same time as your licence, their tokens will also refresh. This means that any unused diagnostics, wipes, and blacklist checks will not accumulate but will instead be replenished to the limit amount.

If you have a monthly subscription, token refreshment always corresponds to the day your licence renews.

If you purchase an upgrade at a different time than your licence, its value will be prorated to match your active licence, as it will also expire on the renewal day. We also have one-time upgrades with a monthly expiration period. These are not subject to price adjustments based on the licence expiration, but the upgrade cannot be used without an active licence.
