I changed my mind, how can I switch packages?

From Professional to Business:

If you have a Professional licence and want to switch to Business, after logging into the Online Dashboard, you can easily upgrade to a Business subscription in our Store. If you had upgrades with your Professional licence, they will not be automatically transferred to the Business licence. If you switch packages outside of the renewal period, we will prorate the amount paid based on the usage period, and the remaining amount will be credited to your balance. Therefore, the cost of switching packages will be lower.

From Business to Professional:

If you have a Business subscription and want to switch to Professional, after logging into the Online Dashboard, you can easily downgrade to a Professional subscription in our Store. If you switch packages outside of the renewal period, we will prorate the amount paid based on the usage period and tokens (IMEI checks, number of diagnostics and wipes). We will deduct the cost of the new licence from the remaining amount, and the remainder will be credited to your balance. You can then use this balance for purchasing upgrades, additional features, or tokens.
