How can I use my licence on multiple PCs?
Last updated on Jun 5, 20242 mins readYour M360 licence gets locked to your computer, when you log in for the first time.
M360 licences are linked to PCs, not users, so you’ll need licences to all of your computers you use for testing devices. You can change the computers connected to your licence by Online Dashboard. After logging in to the Online Dashboard, scroll down to the “Registered (Attached) Computers” section, where you can see a list of connected computers. Simply click the "Detach" button to remove a computer from the licence.
Our Professional licence can be used on 1 PC, while the Business licence allows you to connect to 5 different PCs. You can increase this number with upgrades to use M360 simultaneously on multiple computers. When adding upgrades, you can choose between a one-time upgrade, which remains active for 30 days, or a recurring upgrade, which is automatically renewed.
If you would like to switch computers connected to the licence, you can do it with 3 computers in every 3 months per licence, in total 12 computers in 1 year per licence.
If you changed computers (detach), you have to wait minimum 48 hours to change again.
These rules are set, to simply avoid licence sharing between users.
With one account, you can log in to multiple M360 PC applications if you have sufficient licences. Similarly, a computer can be used by multiple Operator accounts, though not simultaneously.
