Erasure process have been streamlined, with flashing options moving to be apart of the same menus rather than an entirely different window. As part of this, we have brought in an alternate method of erasure for iOS devices, using the flash process. This update also brings in a brand new test for True Depth cameras for iOS devices, and improves existing ones!

What’s New:
- Flash Erasure for iOS devices, which updates the device but does not remove E-SIM
- Flashing is now treated as Erasure in the History menu, allowing you to view all types of wipe operations done to a device at once
- Google Pixel phones now also support displaying device color
- Added the True Depth test to iOS devices, for testing the true depth camera

What’s Improved:
- The number of options for automatic filename prefixes has been increased in the settings
- Device information will no longer try to read from iOS devices when they are still loading
- The Hardware Button test now supports iPhone Camera Button testing
- Loading screens and indicators have been remade to be clearer and function better

- Adjusted scenarios in which devices could get stuck loading erasure without actually performing the operation
- Added missing flash data from the label designer
- Fixed false and missed MDM states being read out from devices in certain cases
- Fixed Wipe data not copy pasting despite icon showing in History

- Selection in the History menu should no longer jump when scrolling far

Continuing our commitment to improvements for battery measurements, we have brought some big ones this time! For iOS devices we have introduced the "Actual Battery Health" value, naming the previous one "OEM Battery Health". The new one is based on our calculations, that may provide more up to date information about the current state of a battery. You can choose either one in the battery menu to prioritize as more important.

What’s Improved:
- Samsung battery health measurements were also further improved to better account for freshly changed batteries
- Expanded MDM detection capabilities to account for cases where it was not properly detected

Just a small quick update bringing battery health improvements and minor fixes.

What’s Improved:
- Completely remade Samsung Battery Health detection from the ground up, aiming to provide more consistent results on previously problematic devices. Please continue reporting any anomalous results, as that way we can continue to improve the system!

As an upgrade to the current Manager-Operator system, we are introducing Operator Groups! These allow you to sort and separate your operators, letting you set different settings and permissions for them. You can manage Operator Groups from your online Dashboard, within the settings menu.

- Introduced new, faster method to read EID values from iOS devices, which doesn't require any button presses
- The Bixby button is now correctly handled by the Hardware Button test on all Samsung devices

What’s New:
- Now you can exclude Panes from iOS Setup Bypass. Could be useful for Diagnostic tests, e.g. Location Pane for GPS test. Find it in Settings/Setup Bypass.
- When you unplug a device and forget to disconnect if from M360, you will receive a reminder dialog after 5 minutes. There you can decide if you would like to close the device's session or keep it alive.

What’s fixed:
- Fixed a bug affecting diagnostics results
- Fixed some crashes

One of our most requested features has arrived, lingering sessions! Now when you disconnect a device, the session doesn't end, letting you continue when you reconnect the device. This way, you can perform all operations for a device in a single session! Other than that, this update brings numerous other features and improvements.

What’s New:
- We now support testing the Bixby button during hardware button tests for Samsung devices
- New menus for Battery Details, FMiP, and MDM show more details as well as explanations for various data
- A new setting allows you to automatically prompt operators to add custom ID/SKU to devices, disabling other functions until it is added via a barcode scanner or manually
- In many cases you now don't need an internet connection to open the iOS apps, but if you do, your Wifi profile will be uploaded automatically

What’s Improved:
- Setup Bypass has been simplified, and its large checklist removed. Now all setup screens will always be skipped when the feature is used, with no need to configure it.
- Device information has been sorted into categories, allowing for an easier time viewing all data about a device.
- Necessary drivers are now automatically installed along with the application, then suggested to be updated whenever a newer version is available.
- Biometric faceID tests for iOS have a lot more details available just by closing the screen and opening it again, and may be passed without setting up a faceID manually.

What’s fixed:
- Fixed a bug affecting Quick Diagnostics which caused pass/fail buttons to disappear
- Addressed various crashes and freezes affecting version 2.0
- Fixed iOS devices reinstalling the app unnecessarily if they have a password set
- Wipe results should no longer claim the wipe failed if it actually succeeded
- View Sample PDF option no longer says it is unavailable in the export settings
- Overall significantly increased stability for version 2.0, thank you to all who provided feedback!

M360 V2

We are pleased to announce the arrival of M360 2.0, remade in design from the ground up! This update brings with it a massive UI and functionality overhaul, whilst maintaining the features you know and love. Phonecards are now comprehensively displayed in an easy to use grid display called Multiple View, which can be switched to a detailed view focusing on one device at a time known as Single View.

What’s New:
- As part of the massive overhaul, new built in interactive tutorials are available from the Help menu!
- The API also has a V2, with enhanced data access, improved endpoints, faster performance, and seamless integration with existing systems.
- We now display MDM data for Android devices as well.

What’s Improved:
- With a One-Click design, processes such as Diagnostics, Wipe, and iOS setup bypass can now be done without navigating multiple menus and buttons.
- The application is now automatically installed when needed, instead of needing to manually press a button for it. Uninstallation can still be done manually.
- All UI elements are given icons and color coded to provide quick information feedback

Latest Compatibility

Whether a new iOS or Android update comes out, we always strive to ensure maximum compatibility. As part of our commitment to this, iOS 17 and the latest iOS 26 are now fully supported.

What’s new:
- In other great news, we are now partnered and integrated with WholeCell! Thanks to our API partnership you can import all of your M360 data into your WholeCell inventory.

What’s fixed:
- Flip/Fold phones no longer reset touchscreen test progress if the top menu is pulled down
- Android stability improved, less crashes are expected
- Other miscellaneous Android fixes

Flip and Fold

With a major upgrade to our diagnostics, we now have tests specifically geared towards secondary screens. Samsung flip and fold devices of all versions now have separate diagnostic evaluations done for their outer screens. Fold and unfold the screen during testing, following the easy instructions on screen.

What’s improved:
- Samsung devices now provide more battery details, such as the number of charge cycles
- Google Pixel phones now also provide comprehensive battery details in device information

What’s fixed:
- Minor tweaks and fixes

The New Utility

The latest edition to our Utilities menu, is the brand new Apple Firmware Flash tool. Here, you can upgrade the OS version of your Apple devices or simply do a firmware reset with or without user data erasure. Feel free to use your own firmware files or if you do not have any then just try out our firmware downloader feature.

What’s new:
- Extended model for Android devices
- Now you can directly upload photos from your mobile device. Just read the QR code on the Photos screen in the desktop application

What’s fixed:
- Find my iPhone and MDM State showed incorrect values in some cases

We are pleased to bring to you in this version numerous upgrades to existing features in M360! Between our Android, iOS, and PC apps they have all received some expansions and upgrades in various features.

What’s new:
- Recently and as part of this update we have partnered up with RepairDesk to integrate M360 fully into your workflows there.
- For iOS devices we now display Region information, and managers can set certain regions to be flagged as "Not preferred", which will highlight them in red.

What’s improved:
- Apple Activation now skips even more screens, speeding it up further.
- Samsung Serial mode connections (without USB Debugging) now display more information than before, including OS Version, Operator, Battery Level, and FRP State.

What’s fixed:
- EID reading on iOS devices is now only possible for ones which are eSIM capable.
- Numerous Label Designer bugs have been fixed.
- Miscellaneous minor bugs.

The New Utility

The latest edition to our Utilities menu, is the brand new Apple Backup & Restore tools. Here, you can create backups of the OS, system data, and applications on a device. Then, you can restore those backups onto the same or different devices. This feature also includes the ability to encrypt devices, requiring a password to restore their backups.

What’s fixed:

Fresh Tools and Info

M360 is on its way to include a number of new tools, the first of which is the revamped Apple Activation tool. You can find it in the new Utilities menu, where it will be joined by others soon. The Activation tool here has its own UI, with info on the state of the device, and all the features you are already used to using with Apple devices.

What’s new:
- M360 is partnering with other solutions to best tailor to various needs. You can find our integrations in the settings menu, the first of which is MGR.
- We now provide EID information for both iOS and Android devices. Do note, not all devices are supported and a few button presses may be needed to retrieve them, for which instructions are provided if available.

What’s improved:
- Our iPhone driver installation has been updated to function better, and also notify you if yours is outdated.
- For iOS devices we have removed the unnecessary estimated battery health, and have instead improved the scope and capabilities of the precise battery health measurement provided.

What’s fixed:
- Corrected some inaccurate OEM information for certain iPhone screens
- App installation is now disabled for unactivated devices
- Minor bug fixes

Improvements and Watches

Over the years many of you have asked for the support of Apple Watches in M360, and finally we can present our steps towards completing this request. If you have the appropriate tools, you can now connect such devices to M360 to view its Device Information, perform Grading, and some other basic features. Testing is not yet available for Apple Watches, but stay tuned for updates about this!

What’s new:
- Both the Estimated Battery Health and Battery Health values are now available at once from Device Information, rather than replacing each other
- Enterprise licences now have new specialized setups to handle even more customizable needs for them

What’s improved:
- Samsung devices connected without USB Debugging should be better handled/recognized by M360
- IMEI reading has been improved to prevent some Redmi devices from missing them

What’s fixed:
- Anchors in the Label Designer should no longer break during export
- Our calculation for Full Charge Capacity for Apple devices has been corrected
- Android device Diagnostics should no longer occasionally lag behind on the PC interface
- Various miscellaneous fixes

Labels Redesigned

Our very own Label Designer has received a major update, with a complete overhaul in design and the addition of new features. We have implemented better controls into the editor with features such as Undo/Redo, Copy/Paste, and even the ability to copy styles from an item to another. The new grid options also help you set up labels in organized ways, streamlining your standardized labels even easier than before. Existing features have been improved, bug fixed, and are all still available and compatible with labels from previous versions!

What’s new:
- You can now display the results of individual diagnostics tests on labels through the new "Diagnostics" or "Diagnostics Row" items.
- For most Exynos and MTK Samsung devices, we now provide an updated SIM Lock Check which uses real-time data rather than factory data of the device. You can find a button for this on the Device Information page of compatible devices.

What’s improved:
- The token balance displays in the M360 application have been revamped to better show your current token count both visually and numerically for each feature.
- We now display a message for devices which have no IMEI modem.
- Users on macOS should experience less issues with logins on computers, due to internal improvements on device detection.

What’s fixed:
- Various label designer bugs.
- The older Sim Lock Check has been noted to be for "Factory Data", to avoid confusion on why it may sometimes not match the current status of the device. As stated above, many Samsung devices can now be checked in a better way.

Licensing and Fixes

Partly in preparation for our new licencing format coming out soon, we have revamped the token interface entirely. With more clarity and information, this sleek design should help give you a better idea about your licence and its available features.

What’s improved:
- On iOS devices, the call test is no longer offered if the device has no IMEI modem.
- Various UI cleanups have been added.
- The CSV export has been refactored internally.

What’s fixed:
- Various minor UI issues, such as texts which lacked a tooltip if cut off.
- Language-based UI fixes, where longer phrases due to translations couldn't fit.

M360 for macOS

The wait is over! Our macOS version is finally here, and a very stable beta is now available to everyone. Our testers pushed it hard and couldn’t find any issues, so if you do, please let us know. And the great news doesn’t stop there — check out the massive list of new features, improvements, and bug fixes below!

What’s new:
- In addition to the previous options, you can now choose to automatically wipe a device after diagnostics
- iPhone 16 models are now fully supported, and the new camera button test is available in both quick and precise diagnostics
- M360 now supports Polish (cześć!) and Lithuanian (sveiki!) languages
- When disconnecting devices via the eject button, you can now choose to have M360 permanently ignore them (overview and undo available in Settings)

What’s improved:
- The status checker display of the Apple Driver has been made more clear
- On Samsung devices, you can now perform Device Wipes without installing the M360 app or turning on USB debugging
- Improved handling of devices without a modem (such as tablets without an IMEI)

What’s fixed:
- iOS MDM state information should be more accurate now, with certain false positives being fixed
- Fixed small visual mistakes in the Android light mode theme
- Lots of changes and optimisations

The wait is over! Our macOS version is finally here and now available as a closed beta. This version has been released to a selected group for testing and bug reporting.

Quick Testing: The Next Level

Our Quick Testing feature has been in a closed beta for a while now, as some of you have gotten to experiment with it. We are pleased to announce that this beta feature is now public and available for all to use! Furthermore, it can now be combined with your regular Diagnostics process, helping complete many tests instantly, or at least add data to them to speed them up. Head over to your settings and enable this feature to try it out now!

What’s new:
- We now support light mode alongside our previous dark mode theme in our mobile apps. Our apps now automatically adjust based on the device's setting.
- Within the status bar, if an error is shown such as driver issues, you may now click the error and be taken to where you can troubleshoot the issue.

What’s improved:
- Text display has been improved across the board, especially in places where it was too long to fit normally.
- We now support KIS mode connection for iOS devices, alongside the already supported DFU and recovery modes.
- If a user has their phonecard sidebar minimised when opening the app, we will now warn them, making sure they don't miss out on features.

What’s fixed:
- Fixed an issue with automatically opened windows sometimes opening behind other active dialogue boxes
- The Port Manager should no longer forget your set ports in certain cases

Settings Remaster

As M360 has rapidly gained new features and functionality, we have eagerly sought to provide further control to users in how they interact with our software. With a full remake of our settings menu from the ground up, customising your M360 experience is now easier than ever! Alongside a clearer UI, our settings menu now includes a comprehensive search function, making sure you can always find what you are looking for.
Note: Though we have made sure to allow all of your existing settings to migrate to the new system seamlessly, we encourage you to double check and make sure your settings are correct after updating!

Operator Settings

As part of the settings remaster, we have also introduced a brand new feature built for managers working with operators. If you have operators working for you, you can now set their default settings right from your own account. You can also choose to lock certain settings, preventing operators from changing them. This feature is available if you have at least 1 operator linked to your account.

What’s improved:
- Updated the apple activation feature to make sure it can succesfully skip all screens on iOS 17 devices
- Apple activation is now hidden on devices which are already activated
- ADB services which may interfer with M360 are now automatically attempted to be stopped

What’s fixed:
- An assortment of small bugfixes

Out from Beta, now for everyone!

We appreciate the feedback and reports for our new Apple OEM Check update, which had been in Beta the last few weeks. Having made improvements, and added the finishing touches, we are excited to release it publically! You should notice more data shown for both old and new iOS devices, with greater accuracy. New OEM Check (BETA)

We are pleased to introduce our new method for handling OEM Checks for Apple devices! More reliable and more detailed than ever before, you can expect better results. This is a BETA feature, and we would like your feedback. To gain access to this feature, reach out to us via email: https://m360soft.com/help. To assist with correcting faulty results, for the BETA we have also added a button next to each result to report it if you are confident that it is false. This way we can work to further improve and expand the scope of this brand new feature.

What’s improved:
- Devices which are stuck on "authentication" can now be disconnected from the software without having to unplug them, by pressing the eject button on the top right of phonecards.

What’s fixed:
- Fixed a bug affecting the deletion/hiding of labels
- Fixed an error happening on failed logins

New Licence Structure

We are excited to unveil one of our biggest updates yet! To allow our users to better customise their exact needs from our product, we have reworked our licence structure. Rather than choosing a singular licence, you now can determine exactly what package you require, as well as take into consideration how much you actually need of certain features. These licences use tokens for certain features, which you can always check how many you have of on your status bar as well as in your settings in our desktop application. Tokens reset monthly, and do not carry over, except for those which were manually purchased such as Blacklist Checks, and the new Network Lock Checks.

Network Lock Checks

By popular request, you can now use M360 to check if a device is locked to a specific carrier, or unlocked and usable with any carrier. Just like with Blacklist Checks, you can perform this on a device, or manually check an IMEI number. Licences do not include Network Checks by default, can be purchased from our website. Important Note: Network Lock Checks are only available for Samsung and iOS devices at this time!

What’s improved:
- We have updated our login screen, giving it a fresh look as well as a more user friendly interface
- All new and past changelogs have been cleaned up with a new format, available both in our desktop application as well as on our new website
- The status checker and its warnings are now more clear, letting you know and understand more effectively if something went wrong

What’s fixed:
- iPhone 8 devices which falsely showed some of their parts as replaced in an OEM check no longer do so
- The new Action Button on the latest iOS devices no longer causes issues in our Hardware Buttons test
